Day 64 // Empire By Night {Explored March 20, 2011}

Back to the Empire State Building, whose evening lights apparently change regularly, here seemingly in a very large, very bright stars & stripes motif. Lots of internal debate on posting this colour image versus mono, but common sense prevailed and colour won outr - how elese would you see the colour change from the 'regular' lights otherwise?
