Stranger #65 - "Chiclet"
My Stranger #65 is "Chiclet", the rodeo clown, who is a member of and clowns for events of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. This is her first year as a H.L.S.R. clown which includes attending the various functions that spin off the Rodeo that is held annually in March of each year. She was clowning this day for the arrival parade of Trailriders in Tomball, Texas as they made their way into Houston for the big parade held the Saturday before the start of Houston's Rodeo and Fat Stock Show which is now changed from Fat Stock Show that I knew the name to be while growing up to Livestock Show. Hummmm... don't see many skinny cows... oh well... PC has changed many things in recent years. Chiclet loves clowning and going into schools and attending these community events to share what the H.L.S.& R. is all about and how students can participate with their art and animal projects. What a precious young woman doing a marvelous job promoting smiles and happiness to all she meets. Thanks so much dear "Chiclet" for wanting to be one of my 100 Strangers on Flickr!!!
