03-31-15 Chicken Piccata

I made this from a recipe I found on The Food Network site (www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/giada-de-laurentiis/chicken-p...). I left out the parsley, capers, and salt. Other than that, I made it just as it was written, and it was oh, so yummy! Definitely adding this to the rotation! #cy365 #OffPrompt
