Day 71: Scars
I only have two small scars on my body. Scar #1 was the result of me falling down a stair when I was two years old. And I actually don't remember anymore how I got scar #2, the only thing I recall is that I was about eight or nine years old.
These are the scars you can see. Most of the time I even forget that they are there. The thing is, though, that the invisible scars had a greater impact on my life, are more present than the ones that are obvious. How do you photograph the scars caused by rejection or humiliation or betrayal?
