Sunday Cocktail Hour: Reverse Manhattan #cocktailrobot -•- The aforementioned cheesecake warranted a fancy drink to go with it. I can’t do big spirit-forward cocktails everyday. Also, I have this bottle of Punt e Mes that I’ve been adoring. So, let’s do a Reverse Manhattan (i.e. more vermouth than rye) and use the Punt es Mes in the role of the vermouth. Punt e Mes is a red vermouth with a little punch of herbal bitterness - basically. You could use whatever red vermouth that you have of course. Delicious. -•- 1.0 oz. @woodinvillewhiskeyco Rye 2.0 oz. Punt es Mes some dashes of Angostura bitters -•- Stir with ice. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
