reflective reflection 3/12/C

This is my entry for this month's 'ambassador' challenge in 12 months for Dogs.

 

Our brief:

 

"REFLECTION"

 

Creative - Photographically interpret the concept of "Reflection" in a creative way. This could be a literal reflection, a metaphorical reflection, an emotional reflection, or...? Whatever the term means to you is fair game. Put the the explanation under your photo in the challenge thread.

 

Technical - Use some kind of artificial fill light to enhance the image as you take it (not in post-processing). Any type is fine - studio lighting, your on-camera flash, a speedlite, or even just a reflector directing light on the subject. Include an explanation of how you lit the shot in your description in the challenge thread.

 

I didn't think I was going to come up with an idea in time but after some thought came up with this today.

Taivas is lying on my bedroom mirror, out in the garden under a clear blue sky. Hopefully she is looking a bit 'reflective' as she lies there patiently! The sun is coming from the right and I had my makeshift silver reflector hanging to the left.
