Queens Borough President Donovan Richards Jr.’s AAPI Heritage Month Celebration-3

Queens is home to some of NYC's oldest AAPI communities, which is why it was a tremendously special honor for CACF to be recognized by Queens Borough President Donovan Richards with a Citation of Honor on Monday evening during the borough’s #AAPIHeritageMonth Celebration.

Congratulations to our Coalition members and partners Rachelle Ocampo of Charles B. Wang Community Health Center and National Federation of Filipino American Associations - NY State Chapter, Chhaya Community Development Corporation, Jo-Ann Yoo of Asian American Federation, and to the United Sherpa Association (USA), Inc. for also being honored during the event!

We look forward to continuing our work with Queens Borough President Donovan Richards Jr. to create a more equitable borough for the AAPI community – the fastest-growing population in the city.
