The Fifth Annual RAM JAM @ Nightrocker Live (San Antonio, Texas) April 9 & 10. 2010. Annual Tribute to Ramiro "Ram" Ayala & Taco Land.
The 2010 lineup includes The Sons Of Hercules, Big Drag, Hickoids, Snowbyrd, Los #3 Dinners, Loco Gringos, They Never Sleep, Billy Joe Winghead, and Exploding Sex Kittens, and Flaming Hellcats.
The ANNUAL RAM JAM is a once-a-year music fest & celebration that was established beginning in 2006 by myself (Jerry Clayworth) & Jeff Smith (of Saustex Media / Hickoids) to honor a fallen friend, Ramiro "Ram" Ayala, and the live music venue & bar that he owned for 39 years. To so many, this little downtown San Antonio nightspot held far and away more soul, history, music, and family than an outside observer would ever guess. The list of bands, musicians, artists, bikers, celebs, locals, rich, and poor, who passed through the Taco Land doors would boggle the uninitiated mind.
