Thanks to you, my Flickr friends, this image made Explore for October 19, 2008.

 

The #1 ranked Texas Longhorns about to score against #11 Missouri on a spectacular Fall evening in Austin, Texas. The burnt orange glow on the horizon caught my eye. Attendance was 98,383.

 

BTW, the Texas Longhorns won 56-31 solidifying their #1 ranking in the nation.
