Artificial limbs, crutches and the like. St. Louis #3 inside the chapel. I'm not sure the reasoning, but my assumption would be that these are removed from the crypts to make room for the next body to be placed in there. There is also pieces of broken statues.
The one unifying thing I noticed about all of the cemeteries in New Orleans, was how drained I felt being in there. I just wanted to sleep every time I left one.
