After that a fortified Manor (11th-13th century) followed by fortified Castle (14-15th century), In 1707, The seigneury of Blandy is finally bought and transformed into a farm by the Marshall de Villars, owner of the castle of Vaux-le-Vicomte. Recently restored to the original 13th-century castle design with the restoration from 1883 to today..
