Finger Lakes Railway at Seneca Falls, NY
My wife and I volunteered at a Christian conference for college students south of Geneva, NY this past weekend, so on the way home I took advantage of our proximity to the Finger Lakes Railway to shoot Train GS-2. Though I was initially disappointed that Sunday's train did not have one of the NYC-painted units leading, I realized that the Conrail blue of leader B23-7 #1943 contrasted nicely with the brick buildings in Seneca Falls and Waterloo. Here, Train GS-2 passes the former station in Seneca Falls on its return trip west to Geneva.
