Possible layout ideas
A) just double checking that I picked out the right key and leaf that you liked.
B) I'd start with whatever stone you like best for the focal, and layer it right over the leaf. Any of the stones besides #3, we might be able to stick a teardrop in front of it (sort of like the G.O. cuff.) #3 is a little too fat and probably wouldn't sit right. In this picture right now, it's got #2.
Maybe in the bottom dangle next to the leaf and layered on the chain, a small moonstone tear drop?
At the top, I would keep that really small, maybe 1 moonstone tear drop with either a metal tear drop, or a tiny little flower.
I could also work in any of those charms I stuck to the left, but it will start to get really "HEY LOOK! I'm wearing an ear cuff!" if we get too complicated.
