Now for a little background on this pic: it's actually a Ropollo's Pizzeria advertising prop mounted on top of their 6th Street building on the alley side. At the time I took it (in the early afternoon, by the way), I thought it was a very interesting pic, but I honestly didn't make the ET connection.
