"In the Shallows Depth of Field"
Sometimes I seen an image a thousand times before I see it. Here, for example, is the view of my gym's pool from the second floor. I sit at the lat-pull machine all the time, but never noticed anything interesting about the pool. I occasionally will notice an elderly man slogging through the pool, nearly capsizing his paddle board......however, I'd rather stare at a wall. Once I saw the condensation on the glass, only then did the view grab my attention. I was also fortunate that there were not many swimmers in the pool at the time. The scene felt rather eerie and sad, and I hoped that would come across in the image. Thanks for dropping in!!
