The Wolfman | August 12th, 2012 - State Fair Series. Chuck "Wolfman" Lynn, born with cerebral palsy, is a life-long staple out at the Indiana State Fair each year (and other sporting events) selling and delivering newspapers. He's been out at the fair as long as I can remember, and I really am truly blessed and honored in life to know him (and tease him too, of course). He's just written and published a soft-bound book about his life, and it's a look at the triumphs and victories of his life that he's endured.
