SP #217 Cl S-8 shop switcher
#217 worked at various shops in Northern California - Roseville, Oakland, Bayshore.
She was built in 1908 at Brooks as #1295 and was assigned to the Arizona Eastern until 1924. Then went to the Bay Area to replace #209 which was retired in 1940.
Westside imported a beautiful brass model of this locomotive. And here is a link to a kitbashed #217 based on an MDC switcher:
