Iberis sempervirens, 2018 photo

"Iberis sempervirens, 2018 photo, Candytuft, , USDA Hardiness Zone 3, White, Michigan Bloom Month 4c-5c, In Garden Bed S3 for 9.8 YEARS ($1 P). Planted in 2008.

Reportedly, it is not easily divided. I have not tried. Back west slope. Evergreen candytuft (sempervirens in Latin meaning always green) is a low-growing, spreading, woody-based, herbaceous perennial (sometimes called a subshrub). Iberia is the peninsula formed by Spain and Portugal. Somewhat boring.
