"Chamaecyparis lawsoniana 'Van Pelts Blue', 2017, [Lawson's Cypress], kam-ee- SIPP-ur-iss law-soh-nee- AY-nuh, 10x3 ft Dwarf #Conifer, USDA Hardiness Zone 5, Foliage at first blue-grey, later dark blue-green, Bloom Month --, In Garden Bed G3 for 4.1 YEARS.

 

Narrow conical medium-sized tree. May be subject to phytophthora root diseases. Needs to be high and dry. Winter damage, 2014. Planted in 2013. Well drained garden area. The one at MSU had severe winter damage and was removed.
