Fronds of a fir tree near the top end of the Mediterranean Garden, seen against the blue-green glass of the Amazon Waterlily Pavilion in the background, in the Adelaide Botanic Gardens.

Deze reuzensequoia vond ik in het arboretum in Eenrum. Deze tuin is het levenswerk van Notaris Smit uit Eenrum. In 1968 plante hij de eerste boom in een kaal weiland. Nu staan er 600 verschillende rododendrons en 400 uitheemse boomsoorten. Een wandeling meer dan waard.

Looking down at Emerald Bay from Inspiration Point above Lake Tahoe's south shore off of highway 89.

This is the same oak tree the squirrel was on. The dark background bokeh is created by coniferous trees. I thought the contrast was interesting.
