The Cherylé Sanderson Team has been named the Number One Prudential Realtor in Texas and the companyâs top producer, honors they have held for many years. They were also recognized this year and 11 years prior with the high achievement of the Chairmanâs Circle - Diamond award, placing them in the top one percent of Prudential Realtors nationwide. The award-winning team is based in The Woodlands at Prudential Gary Greeneâs Portofino office.
This winning team is proud to be associated with Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors and joined many others in the company at the recent Prudential Real Estate & Relocation Services annual sales convention in Austin. âWe were so pleased when Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors partners, Marilyn Eiland and Mark Woodroof, were together named Broker of the Year in the Prudential Network, which includes the United States and Canada,â said Sanderson. âThis award is given for outstanding professionalism, honesty, integrity, business savvy and community service, all exemplifying the core values of Prudential Real Estate Services.â
Smith said that she and Sanderson were thrilled to be there when James Mallozzi, chairman and CEO of Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services, Inc, presented the award to Eiland and Woodroof. âHe commended them on their strengths, styles and values â the perfect blend of leadership and ownership.â
On presenting the award to Eiland and Woodroof, Mallozzi said, âEven in challenging times, this company has grown in size, statue and influence. Thisâ¦requires an immense amount of work, determination and endless passion for the businessâ¦They represent one strong force in Texas real estate.â
Sanderson said that when she first met Eiland and Woodroof, she liked them immediately. âI liked their hands-on effort, their personalities, and I liked them as individuals. So it was a perfect marriageâ¦and I havenât been wrong.â
