NOTES:
Co-op. Apparently as such the board will have to do all that background checking/interview/application stuff - so if you want to be able to move in here before mid-october we should move fast on the application because that stuff could take a long time according to the other agent who showed Rachel & I the unit.
My impression:
Nice prewar feel - and very cozy and cheery. However, it's a little small and no outdoor space - more for private living than for having tons of get-togethers comfortably. The kitchen is also not the gourmand chef's ideal - but if you aren't big on cooking then maybe it isn't important... Pretty windows, pretty street, charming, bohemian.
