Repainted around 2006 in traditional VIA Blue, due to poor GE paint performance of original metallic green.
You can see the upgraded "see thru" rear grilles, air horn, air filter behind lead truck and striping thru the grilles in this pic.
This is an Athearn model heavily modified to represent the actual VIA model, not the stand like the Georges Trains release.
