VIRUS
Is this going to be the new normal?
I for one certainly don't hope so. I think it is time for me to start posting again. #1 this virus has gotten to us all. It has made me lazy. Depressed to a point. Not to the point that it wants to make me sick or do anything stupid, but to a point where I don't have any drive. I seem to be in a fog.
People, especially the elderly, which Deb and I are, are afraid to go out in public. The numbers and the media at large have made it look when we step out the door we will die. I don't really believe that but that is what thy seem to portray.
So this photo is me at the local blood bank. I had to drop off a pint and they of course make you wear a mask. My thoughts on a mask is it's ok if you think you need it. Also if you have the virus wear one. I don't want your germs. The rest of us I don't need it. This came off the moment I went out the door.
I am one of the lucky ones that is allowed to work from home. So I gathered all my computer stuff from the office and not I work in comfy shorts and a T shirt. Not quite the same as being at the office.
Our live has changed a lot. We get all groceries and and doog food at Pick Up curbside. Even the Total wine has curbside PU. Never have to leave the car.
We get a lot of stuff with UPS and the Amazon truck.
We have not been out to a resturant in a long time. We miss that. It might seem strange seeing everyone inside wearing these dam masks but it is what it is.
So that's all fo now. Deb and I are fine Virus wise. Mentally, not like we should be.
Stay safe and wash your stinking hands.
Boy I get tired of that too.
