Click Manage button next to "Find Friends" Here click Edit Privacy.. Here in Friend List.. there is a option called.. "Who can see your friend list.." Set it to "Only Me" by default it sets to "Public" So by selecting "Only Me".. you only can see Friends List on your Profile in "Following" Setting... there is a Option called.. "Who can see the people and lists you follow" we can hide the profile name which we follow on FB.. here also select "Only Me" in Followers section.. by default Public can see our Followers list..
