Stay Sanitary

CSDX #2 and #3 switch out cars at the Stickney Water Plant after sunset. Both of these engines have worked for the Sanitary District of Chicago for their entire life of 74 years, having been built in 1952. For being the only railroad in the US created for the sole purpose of moving human waste, I consider this one of the coolest hidden gems of the Chicago rail scene.
