The Plant Kingdom

From tree down to the smallest weeds, most plants with leaves flower in some way. I watch all the plants, cultivated or not, through the seasons, starting in my own garden. Whether it's leaves and seeds on the ground, or lichens on the trees, I try to caputre it through the year.

I've limited this album to plants that grow on land, and I've excluded vineyards, since I have so many shots of them they deserve their own album.

Since plants don't grow in isolation, you will see trees mixed with sky shots in the sky album and gardens planted around houses, businesses, and vineyards. This album focuses on photos where the plant or plants are the main subject.
