There’s nothing more frustrating than trying to be understood & not being heard. This is a constant problem between black & white folk on matters of race. Constant.

I shared a post about intent over impact & it wound some of you up. Me calling out racism, even the unintentional, (which if you follow this work, will know this is THE most insidious kind that causes more harm that overt acts of intentional hate), & I got accused of being abusive to innocent well intended people.
