2/29/24, today's "Pen to Paper," Zucchini Flower

 

I've been watching Jamie Oliver on Roku TV, and he cooked Zucchini Flowers. He deep-fried them using beer in the batter. I never knew you could or people did eat these. Plus, I had no idea this is how the zucchini grew.
