OVERVIEW

Pneumatic conveying is necessarily a custom made conveying system & based on product characteristics, particle size, throughput capacity, number of sources and number of destinations.

 

Dense phase vacuum conveying systems are used for very short distance of conveying typically below 15 meters with a few bends .

 

Some components are specially designed for this purpose: suction nozzle, conveying piping, product separator and airlock valve

These systems operate below (-) 5000 mm of WG using roots blowers and is used for product conveying from bags/drums or hoppers
