A wart is a small growth on the skin that may look like a solid blister or a small cauliflower with a rough surface. Warts are caused by viruses in the human papillomavirus (HPV) family.

They can be treated by radiocautery, electrocautery and surgical excision.

Acid based solutions are also to be used to dissolve the warts.

Yes, warts do have a chance of recurrence, it depends on an individual’s immunity also.
