She is a passionate and works endlessly in the Community. She involves herself in making a difference and assisting the creatives she works with, in getting the experience needed to get ahead in the fashion and Modelling Industry

 

Estela is the Chief Executive along side Vicki Popovski as Director & Creative Director with Veronica Perez as Managing Director of E & E Management who specialize in Fashion Shows & Pageants.

They incorporate fashion shows and pageants into Community and Charity Fundraising Events.

 

Little Stars Runway -A Kids and Teens Program. Providing hands on Experience in Fashion Runway and performing experience in one whole package.

 

Little Stars Runway aims to help children and teens aged 3-16 years build resilience, confidence and self-esteem. They will discover their personal strengths and attributes, working together as a team and building their self-confidence. It is also a wonderful opportunity for them to express themselves creatively in a safe and supportive environment..😍
