Display and design

The iPhone XR offers an edge-to-edge display which is 6.1 inches in size and has a screen resolution of 2436x1125 pixels at a ppi of 458. On the other hand, iPhone 7 Plus comes with 1920x1080 resolution at 401ppi. You will see iPhone XR winning the competition in this regard.

 

There are many aspects in which the iPhone XR can be seen winning the competition such as higher resolution, higher pixel density, and an edge-to-edge display which surely seems amazing. However, it doesn’t have 3D tough which the iPhone 7 Plus has. If you are fan of 3D tough, you will be disappointed that iPhone XR doesn’t have it.

 

Performance

The iPhone XR has a slightly larger battery as compared to what the iPhone 7 Plus has. And so, it manages to make only the slight difference. In most of the scenarios, iPhone XR gives an extra edge of only a couple of hours.
