I can't seem to trigger this event when I have a pet or another NPC. Larc invites you to the underworld. So now it's exploration time. You'll need to get permission Olbohn to get the Baptism of Flame so you can proceed onwards. Fight the boss Hitodama and that's it. I'm not sure if you're choices matter or not here I think you're forced anyway. Side Note: After completing certain events you'll find certain characters down here in the underworld with there own room.
