Haven't been out for a while with the ol' Canon, so I went through my archives, and thought I'd post an oldie goldie from the past.
Since it was a Canadian who invented basketball, this was my homage to James Naismith, and for all of those who shoot for the stars ;)
Wild South Africa
Occurs on the edge of forests, woodland and plantations, usually in mountainous terrain where it also frequents dense vegetation along rivers. Utters a soft 'swee swee', hence the name.

Dating back to about 3500 BC, the Senet was a board game played in Egypt that is remotely related to the backgammon; however doubts that backgammon has developed from it, since they were not found Senet boards in the period between 1500 B.C to 200. However, it is considered a backgammon predecessor.
