Retired Yard Slug

UPY 936 was built as SP 7554, a U25B, and rebuilt in 1982 into TEBU yard slug SP 1611 (Tractive Effort Booster Unit). UP since modified and reclassified it as an S4B, and it was officially retired in February of 2023. It now sits in the dead lines at UP's Congress Yard just east of Downtown Houston.
