Requirement #1
This photo fulfills Requirement #1 which asks for a photo with a short shutter speed to "freeze the action". For this photo I was again using Tv mode on my camera because I was concerned with controlling the shutter speed in order to capture the kite without movement. I set a fast shutter speed (1/1250) and the camera set a low aperture of f/2.8 and iso of 320 so that the image would not be as dark. Afterwards in Lightroom, I cropped the image to get rid of a small group of people on the right as well as an orange bike on the bottom of the photo in order to "declutter it". I also turned down the exposure a bit since it seemed a little over exposed.
