Even before I got out of the car, I knew what I was looking for. Several of the photos that I‘ve liked in Facebook posts have featured places where pools of light have enhanced the shot – whether in street or landscape photography. I have to admit that I’ve been often blind to such areas of light and shade as opportunities while I’ve been out with my camera. So, I set out on this walk deliberately to look for examples for myself.
