On Sunday, the Wind Symphony took a day trip through the snowy Sierra de Guadarrama mountains to Segovia, where history, culture, and beauty converge. The day began at the Roman Aqueduct, an engineering marvel that has stood for more than 2,000 years. A tour guide led the group through cobbled streets and picturesque squares to the Alcázar of Segovia. The fairy-tale castle’s sweeping views, medieval towers, and multiple turrets inspired Disney’s Snow White castle.
