Some facts you need to know

You need to visit your orthodontist in order to know about the Invisalign and also that how it can benefit your smile. Having that said, there are a few things that you may want to know about Invisalign.

1.Contrary to the common belief that Invisalign can only treat the mild cases, it is the treatment method which can help in straightening the complicated misalignments. However, #Invisalign may not be able to treat bite issues because it is the problem related to jawbone.

2.Your entire treatment plan is prepared during the first dental visit. After you make your mind that you really want to get an orthodontic treatment, your dentist will run some tests to make sure that Invisalign is the treatment you can get. If so, the digital images of your teeth are uploaded into the special software which can tell the level of complication and the duration of treatment required to resolve your issue.

3.While you are wearing #braces, you will not have to worry about how your teeth look while you wear the trays. The reason is that these trays are not only invisible but they tightly fit on the teeth in such a way that nobody will be able to tell the difference unless he/she takes a closer look. Moreover, you can remove these trays any time you like. It is not recommended though.

4.While you are wearing these trays, you may have to use attachments. These are the ceramic blocks which tend to move your teeth towards right position in better way.

5.After you have achieved the shape of your teeth, you may have to wear retainer. It should be pretty normal for you.
