• A Man is Known By the Dollars He Keeps

• To Have and Hold Fast

• Business Individualism is Noble, Socialism is An Abomination

• So Sayeth the Profits

• The Poor and Meek Get Their Reward in Heaven - Not Here

 

A cartoon in reaction to Charles Schwab (yes, that Charles Schwab) not toe-ing the Capitalism party line. He wrote, "Some people call it socialism, others call it Bolshevikism. It means but one thing and that is that the man who labors with his hands yet does not possess property is the one who is going to dominate the affairs of the world"

 

Let us dominate.

 

(Note the century of Russia as a way to deter Socialist thought)

 

(Not also the "rpoperty typo" in Schwab's note - meaning the engraver reversed two letters when taking the drawing to metal plate)
