doron_vaday: @fyrprf1 it did get me far. And I wasn't asking for a free bottle I was asking for a shipping label to send it back. Get your facts straight before you judge me. Good customer service is "we apologize for the issues you have been experiencing with our website, we will send you a shipping label to send it back to us so that we can issue you a refund." I have worked for some pretty large companies and currently own a company of my own. This is how customer service is handled in this country. I am happy that they accommodated me in the end but not happy about what I had to do to get their attention.
