Thinned from .190 to just under .160 on the belt sander. I try to keep everything within .002 parallel. Surface grinder would make short work of this and way better than .002. I think it’s good though.
Center punch within border, this seems to keep them from floating on the flux, which I’ve had trouble with before. Just the right amount of punch marks, one too many or one not enough ...disastrous... How many, no idea, I just know!:)
