Had to make some tubing blocks for these crazy 30x17 Columbus chainstays. Elastic bands hold the blocks together so less fumbling around, picking things up off the floor type of activity.

In process, Little hockey puck helper. Holding the faces by hand to bevel the edges is very difficult/painful without the puck fixture.
About as high tech as it gets around here.
Could of used a hack saw, but I took maybe 2 min to rough it out with this bastard.

Thinned from .190 to .165 more or less. Think I’ll try holding them this way for silver brazing.

Well, quite a heat sink, room for improvement. I think I’ll try another way next time. The first time I did this the faces floated slightly out of position, this time they stayed put, not because of the setup though, different trick.
