Went on a nearly 10 mile hike on the #SprayParkTrail through #MountRainier in #Washington. I was not prepared for this hike. What started off as an easy hike became more intense 1 mile in with steep switchbacks and a total elevation gain of 6400 ft. This was me at the 1 mile mark still looking normal!
