Most of the time when executing #Chaturanga, beginner #yogis make the mistake of bending their elbows backward and then flopping to the floor. A handy, little tip to keep in mind for beginners is to keep your chest open and lean forward as you bend your arms when lowering oneself into Chaturanga.
