You see their piece of work and think "how on earth did they convince themselves that it was 'passable'?" • • This was taken quite recently and if you google "painted over roadkill" you have an entire museum of either painted animals or unpainted road sections (something we don't see in #Singapore. Some of the photos I honestly find quite funny (animal lovers do forgive me) • • One of the most telling factors of a disengaged employee is if they rate this question a low value (from a scale of 0 to 10 where 10 is strongly agree and 0 is strongly disagree). • • Qn: "At work, do I have the opportunity to do what i do best everyday". If your staff rates anything below 5, he is most likely disengaged where he is. If that is the case, follow-up by asking what specific job tasks he or she enjoys doing the most.
