When a person is able to identify the very unique 'recurring patterns of thought, feeling and behaviour', you start to be aware of very specific ‘ways’ you have been approaching tasks. These patterns have helped you succeed in the past and they are the same tactics that can help you succeed in the future • • And it is a great feeling having Strength School’s very own Vivian to share how she with participants how she uses her Positivity productively. We all appreciate it tons! • • Having done countless workshops, I was surprised to come across an individual that had all his top 5 in the influencing domain. In terms of probability, to have someone like this was like striking the strengths lottery in occurance.
