Madison NJ Lots of "Old School"
Madison New Jersey on the corner of Kings Road and Green Village Road. Lots of surrounding "Old School" on one of my favorite corners in Madison. New Jersey Transit's train #660 heading in to Madison train station, just a block way with two engines as the power (Metro North 4900 and NJT 4214) passing NJT #853. A few examples of "Old School" in this photograph. Concrete elevated railroad structure goes back to the Lackawanna Railroad days to almost 100 years ago. The former Mobil station sign and gas station with its current occupants "Sunday" displaying a very cool vintage station wagon as an amazing prop. The New Jersey Transit power I believe over 40 years old of service on various railroads.
