Martha Jere, 19, was born with HIV in 1996 in Malawi. Back then the diagnosis was a death sentence. But her UNICEF-supported treatment keeps her and her son, Rahim Idriss, healthy and safe: "I was so happy when I found out he was HIV-negative."
